Because many organizations need to host material within their own network perimeter, content packages can be exported as static bundles or SCORM packages for import into established LMS systems.

Administration & governance

Robust administration is central to enterprise adoption. We provide role-based controls for administrators, instructors, and reviewers, plus features like automated enrollments via HRIS triggers, group-based permissions, and configurable approval workflows.

Auditability: All learner interactions, enrollments, and assessment attempts are logged for compliance and review. Administrators can run ad-hoc reports, schedule recurring exports, and configure alerts for overdue certifications or low engagement cohorts.

Analytics & measurement

Actionable analytics are the bridge between training and business outcomes. eLearner Academy includes dashboards that show engagement trends, time-to-completion, assessment performance by competency, and cohort comparisons. Integration with BI tools is available via CSV exports or direct API access for deeper analysis.

We emphasize measurement frameworks tied to business goals: for example, measuring onboarding cohort ramp time, correlating certification completion with sales quota attainment, or tracking error rates after technical retraining efforts.

Security & compliance

Enterprises demand enterprise-grade security. The site and static assets can be hosted internally using standard web servers such as NGINX. For integrations, we use OAuth2 and SAML for SSO, encrypted data transport (TLS), and role-based API credentials. Where required, data residency options allow content and logs to be retained within specified cloud regions or on-prem environments.

Customization & extensibility

White-labeling: Replace branding, colors, and domain names to create a native feel for employees. Localization: translate content and UI strings to support global learning programs.

Extensibility: Use our public API endpoints to integrate enrollment workflows, roster synchronization, or to push completion events into HRIS platforms. For teams that prefer to host static content while integrating identity and data services, the platform supports this hybrid deployment model.
