Each track contains modules that are tagged with measurable outcomes, a suggested completion time, and the type of assessment used to validate mastery. Administrators can assign mandatory tracks to joiners or recommend elective upskilling based on career ladders.

Content types include microlearning lessons, full-length courses with project assessments, knowledge checks, and sandboxed exercises. All items are searchable and filterable by duration, difficulty, skill, and format.

Authoring & content conversion

Our authoring tools enable rapid conversion of slide decks, documents, and instructor notes into interactive lessons. The course builder supports versioning, review workflows, and staged publishing. SMEs (subject-matter experts) can collaborate with instructional designers to shape content using templates that encourage active learning approaches.

For organizations with large legacy content, content conversion services (optional) help migrate material into modular assets compatible with the platform’s reporting and assessment features.

Assessment & credentialing

Assessments are configurable: multiple choice, code snippets evaluated client-side, project rubrics, and peer reviews. Successful completion can trigger digital credentials and badges. Credentials can be exported to internal talent systems to feed promotion or mobility workflows.
